Service Advisor – Warminster, PA
Ossco Group is on the hunt for a Service Advisor who knows their way around trucks, people, and chaos. If you can juggle repair orders, communicate like a human, and don’t panic under pressure, we want you.
Your day-to-day will look like:
• Talking to customers without wanting to scream
• Translating “it’s making a weird noise” into an actual repair order
• Keeping techs on track without bribing them (too much)
• Following up with people who never answer their phones
• Making sure jobs get done, billed, and closed out clean
We’re looking for someone who:
• Knows trucks, or at least knows the difference between DEF and DEFinitely broken
• Can multitask like a caffeinated octopus
• Doesn’t fall apart when it gets hectic (because it will)
• Can work with a team that jokes a lot but works even harder
