I work strictly off appointments. If you dont show up for your appointment it directly effects my bottom line and my schedule. I have PLENTY of people who would love your spot. If you arent going to make it, cant make it, decide to go elsewhere...PLEASE at least let me know ahead of time. I honestly dont care as long as im given ample notice. Life happens.
If your running late, dont wait until your appointment starts to tell me your 40 mins behind. You knew you were running late before then. Just shoot me a heads up.
Ive already had to implement deposit policies. This week ive had one no call no show and another who couldnt make it last minute apparently. This summer there was a rash of no shows.
I refuse to be the shop who hold your car for months for a tune after you dropped it off. I do my absolute best to keep work flow moving and respect your time the best I can. I simply ask everyone to do the same.
If you need me.....ill be moping my floor until my next appointment this afternoon.
