We are looking for an individual to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: snowplow and sander assembly, installation, and repair, hydraulic pump service and repair, automotive emergency lighting installation, truck accessory installation, metal preparation for spray-on bedliner application, occasional light welding and fabricating, occasional trailer repair.
We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and can see a job through from start to finish with GREAT attention to detail. Excellent attendance is a MUST. Candidate must be able to do some heavy lifting and be fit and flexible enough to work under vehicles and under dashboards. We are willing to provide some training to the right candidate but a strong mechanical aptitude with previous auto repair or auto body experience is a must. Individuals with experience repairing construction and agricultural equipment are encouraged to apply, as we have found these candidates adapt quickly to the type of work we do.
This is a FULL TIME, 40 hr / week position. Hours are 8-5 M-F with 1 hr for lunch. No weekend work.
Applicant MUST be able to read and speak English fluently.

DeSantis Garage, Inc. is a small, family business located in Ware, Massachusetts since 1934. Both owners are 3rd generation with a very hands on approach to management. We provide a casual work environment with a family feel. Work area is AIR CONDITIONED in the summer and heated in the winter.
