The truck from hell 😂
Ram 4500 C&C came in with every light you could imagine on,
no speedometer, no 4wd, no abs, turbo only worked sometimes, wiring harness atrocious and the transmission slipped like crazy, and in 4wd would bang and pop, we pulled the AS69RC and got it rebuilt and beefed up, then tore transfer case down and found the chain beyond wore, with zero fluid in it, we rebuilt that as well and got it back driving but found even after relearn we had a odd 1-2 shift/bind, we realized the rear speed sensors have to do with shift timing etc so we investigated and found the tone wheels on rear was missing, we ordered two and installed them, but found a brake hose had busted on rear and was dumping everywhere so we ran to tri county hose, and got a new hose made, flushed entire brake system then re initialized the abs module,
After that the speedometer started working flawlessly and transmission shifted perfect 👌🏻
As we was doing relearn and drive procedure on the new unit we found the turbo would only make 26ish psi of boost, also the exhaust brake would not work, after finding vein arm seized, we overnighted a billet drop in then installed, still no exhaust brake or variable vein sweep, so we dug and found 12v to acuator had a short and wasn’t supplying power we fixed the harness and got turbo function back going, we fixed several other small issues on it while we had it but anyways it’s back to driving like a brand new truck and I learned a lot,
we got put back a few weeks by this so if I’m late or delayed on getting back to anyone we are absolutely sh****ng to get back on schedule, so leave me a message if I don’t respond and I’ll be sure to get back as soon as I can

Another powerstroke saved 🫡

6.0 came in mixing coolant and oil, burning coolant, skipping, surging basically everything but running right, this truck had been bulletproofed by another shop, the truck had some kind of amazon cylinder heads, with off brand studs, Dorman oil cooler and copper doused felpro gaskets 🫤

We fixed it up with a set of KDD o-ringed cylinder heads, Oem gaskets, PPE up pipe kit, Oem oil cooler, new glowplugs, stand pipes, dummy plugs, and all the other fixings, we also found deteriorating cab bushings so we upgraded this customer to a set of S&B cab bushings and bolts

LML Duramax wrapped up with a fresh set of head gaskets, milled heads with new valving and valve job, s&s cp3 conversion...

6.0 powerstroke in for a severe oil leak and rough running symptoms after a HPOP replacement elsewhere, found some Chinese parts in it and that just won’t work so we fixed it up correctly, with oem ipr and icp, 8 glowplugs and harness, hpop re-seal with stc fitting
