We take pride making our park beautiful, clean, safe, and peaceful. Dixieland RV Park is located just outside Gainsville, we offer shaded sites, a stocked pond, laundry facilities, bath house, community fire pit, community room, screen room, and a large pavilion. The Classic Cafe is on property in front of the park, We are currently working towards bringing in more fun activities!!! We take a lot

of pride in the hard work that’s been put into making this park beautiful, clean, safe, and peaceful. We value our guests and do everything possible to make each and everyone feel at home and apart of the Dixieland family. If you ever find yourself in Waldo stop by!!! We’d love to have you stay and the Waldo Flea Market is just across the street.

What a wonderful weekend here at Gainesville RV Park!

We loved getting to celebrate our guests with Mother's Day donuts & coffee on Saturday, followed by a great campground BBQ in the pavilion on Sunday!

Thank you to everyone who came out, visited, ate, laughed, and helped make the weekend such a success. We truly appreciate the amazing community we have here at the park!
