A reminder that October 15th will be the last day of our Summer hours,
Our hours from October 15th to April 15th will be as follows:
Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
We also want to remind everyone as we head into the winter months, that NO vehicles may be dropped off or towed in when any snow is in the forecast, As this allows our parking lot to be cleared of any snow & ice. We also request that all vehicles be cleared of snow before dropping off. Thank you to all our Great Customers.

Just to let everyone know that on Thursday
September 30th, Quality Volvo Repairs will be closed for the day.
The parking lot at 65 New Salem Street will be resurfaced.
We ask that no one drop off any vehicles or have any vehicles towed on the evening of Wednesday September 29th or 30th.
We will reopen on Friday October 1,2021 @ 7 am.

Due to Flooding of New Salem Street, we are unable to enter. One of our employees made it in by floating in with his SUV, but is sadly stuck there for now. We ask that no one attempt to navigate through the high waters and remain safe today. Sincerely Quality Volvo Repairs.

Wanted to take a moment to update our phone situation. We are 80% back to normal, Verizon was here today, most of the day working to get us back up and running. We have a few glitches that still remain, however we are at least able to have our phone system partially back.

Good Afternoon: An update for Friday
February 19th, Currently we are still without phone service on New Salem Street in Wakefield. We apologize for this inconvenience and would ask that you simply email us for any appointments or issues that you may need to reach us for. We are hoping that by next week our Phones will be back in working order. Thank you for understanding. Just a notice to all our Customers: Due to a mishap with construction on New Salem Street all phone lines have been severed, if you are trying to reach us via telephone and receiving a busy signal this is the reason. We do not know how long this will take to repair, Verizon estimates by tomorrow. If you need to reach us please email us. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope Verizon can fix this issue quickly.
Just an FYI most of New Salem Street Wakefield all the way to The Sheraton is out of phone service.

Please vote YES on Question 1. It will be the difference of being able to service your vehicle with your independent shop of your choice or having to use strictly Dealerships.

If passed, what would Question 1 do?

Car companies would be required to:
• Equip their vehicles with a standardized open access platform capable of securely communicating mechanical data directly from the vehicle. This is similar to the plug-in OBD-II port open access platform mandated by the 2012 referendum, only it will become a wireless version of the port.

• Ensure that a vehicle’s data is directly accessible by the owner through a mobile based application and upon authorization of the owner, the mechanical data also could be accessible by an independent repair facility or dealership.
