*Perform thorough inspection of all vehicles
*Document and advise staff on why/when maintenance or repairs should be completed
*Diagnose customers brake issues, general repairs, oil changes, fluid exchanges, able to mount and balance tires
*Knowledgeable of shop equipment and how to operate
*Maintain a clean work environment and attire
*Dependable; ability to keep a schedule
*Tires, lifting parts etc.
*Valid driver's license
*Current NC Inspection License a plus, or has a desire to obtain one
