Genuine question for the comments. Which car has your favorite interior of all time? Not the most expensive. Not the most luxurious. The one that just feels right when you sit in it. The one you would pick over and over even if the badge did not match the price tag. For us, the new Land Cruiser 1958 is making a strong case. Retro horizontal Toyota emblem on the wheel. Honest cloth seats. Real buttons in the right places. None of that fussy touchscreen-everything energy. It feels like Toyota remembered who actually drives these things. Tell us yours. The Toyota bZ is whisper quiet, which is part of why it has to make a sound when you back out. EVs are required to. The pedestrians cannot hear you coming otherwise. So that opens up a fun question. If you had full control over your reverse sound, what would you pick? Mario kart reverse beep. The Halo warthog. Your mom yelling your full name. A truck horn. A whale call. There are two kinds of people in Hawaii. The ones who keep their car pristine and act personally offended by a single speck of red dirt. And the ones whose vehicle looks like it has lived a life, because it actually has.
This Lime Rush 4Runner TRD just spent the better part of an afternoon turning a back road into a personal cloud chamber. It is going to need a wash. It is also going to do it again next weekend. That is the deal you sign when you buy something built to actually move off pavement.
But the real question is not the dirt. The real question is the excuse. Because at some point, someone is going to walk up to your car in a parking lot, point at the layer of red staining your wheels and your fender flares, and ask what happened. And you are going to have to say something.

There is a quiet truth about working at a dealership in 2026. Somewhere in the building, someone has a camera and a content calendar, and at some point that camera is going to find you.
Today it found him. Aloha shirt fresh. Inbox open. Spreadsheets up. Living his normal Tuesday. Completely unaware that in roughly five minutes he is going to be asked to do a small choreographed bit to a trending sound that he has never heard in his life and will be required to pretend he has.
This is the job. This is the cost of working at a place where the social channels actually do numbers. Everyone is on the team whether they signed up for it or not.
Shout out to every coworker who has ever said yes when the social media manager walked over with that look. The brand owes you more than you will ever know.
