You don't have to wait until graduation. Here's how to start now: 👇

- Take the auto, shop, or ag mechanics classes at your school. If your school doesn't have any, start requesting them.
- Ask a local shop about a job shadow or shop tour. (Hint: we'll say yes.)
- Look into tech-school automotive programs and visit one
- Apply for scholarships. At Rog's Auto, we're currently helping pay a student's tuition through the Dakota Scholarship.

Here's how pay works at Rog's Auto, no guessing:

🔹 C Tech (entry level): $18–$24/hr + production bonus
🔹 B Tech: $24–$28/hr + production bonus
🔹 A Tech: $32/hr base + a bonus for every hour you flag over 40. A techs can earn $80,000+

Plus: no weekends, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, health and tool stipends, and we pay for your ASE certifications.

Every level has a clear list of what it takes to move up. Work hard, learn, and your paycheck grows with you.

Pass your ASE tests, build your skills, and move up: C Tech → B Tech → A Tech → Master Tech. Every step comes with a raise.
