This mornings LCI adventure… We had some rain yesterday afternoon so “Bilbo’s” top was good and wet this morning.

I took it off and set it on some chairs on the dock to dry. Our camp boat gets heavy use over the summers; we do our best to keep up on it!

Had to run to town for a new tire and some fuel for Bilbo. It’s always great to see “Boss” at Mertaugh’s. It’s also fun to see what he Coles are hanging out around the Hessel marina, like this Jeepster and Chevrolet Suburban Estate.

We rolled into Pickford to check out Earls Coins and Antiques. Always fun things to see there.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven by an old car parked in the woods and wondered “how hard would that be to restore?“

Two brother-in-law brothers, two 2018 Audi A3’s; one a lovely Cabriolet, the other a sporty* S3. Two cars couldn’t mirror two brother’s distinct personalities better.

Yep, I got a few more pics of the S3. Can you guess which one I’d prefer 😅

* the term “sporty” is used here in an understated way. This car is gorgeous and fast; it’s a stealthy BEAST!
