We have had many recent inquiries in regard to E-Check Testing. Due to Covid-19, the State of Ohio has shut down all E-Check testing until further notice. You can renew your plates online without a current test. We will post updates to our page, when we are able to resume testing. We are still open for all other automotive repairs and service.

During these uncertain times, Horner's Corner will remain open. However, to ensure the safety of our employees as well as your own, we will be taking certain precautions due to the COVID-19 virus. Business will continue as usual, but with minimal face to face contact. We will not be conducting any E-Checks for the time being, but hope to perform this service again once the situation resolves.
