We've been busy over the past month! Here’s a glimpse of some of the equipment we've installed:
• Rotary Shockwave Inground Lift and wide Rotary inground lifts for EV use.
• Used Oil Tanks connected at the bottom to maximize storage in tight spaces, complete with a connection for oil companies.
• Stackable Used Oil Tanks configured in (2) 180-gallon and 120-gallon setups for flexible storage options.
• Champion Air Compressors staged in our warehouse, ready for delivery to job sites, including a 30hp compressor installed and operational for a local tire dealer.
We're excited to see how this new equipment will enhance our operations and support our clients!

Our latest project is now live, and it’s truly a masterpiece of modern technology and design. Here’s a glimpse of what makes this facility stand out:
•Advanced Paint Booths: Global Finishing Systems (GFS) Ultra Downdraft booths, Ultra dual bay prep station, and mixing rooms, all with side loading capabilities to streamline production.
•Innovative Curing: Overhead REVO infrared curing systems in each booth.
•Specialized Repair Stations: Two 30’ x 30’ aluminum repair stations for versatile and efficient work.
•Powerful Compressed Air System: Two 20hp Quincy rotary screw compressors with integrated dryers, a looped aluminum airline system with over ¾ mile of piping, and 48 Alemite air hose reels.
•High-Performance Filtration: Reading technology filtration systems for all booths and prep decks.

We've been busy installing a range of lifts recently, including the impressive Rotary SPO20—a two-post lift designed to handle up to 20,000 lbs. 🏋️‍♂️
We’re also thrilled to showcase our recent installs of the sleek black Forward I10 and blue Forward I12 lifts. Additionally, we’ve completed an installation of the SPOA10-AV, which comes equipped with the new All Vehicle Arms, perfect for lifting ice and EV vehicles. ❄️🔋

Construction is underway for the large industrial Global Finishing Systems (GFS) paint booth. The booth is over 40 feet long, 21 feet high, and 25 feet wide. It features over 50 light fixtures with 4-tube LED T8 bulbs, and its air makeup unit is rated at 36,000 CFM with 3.8 million BTUs of forced dry-cure air. Check out these recently completed installations by our exceptional team! We've installed Rotary in-ground lifts, including standard and wide models to accommodate EVs. Our dealership installations also feature Rousseau toolboxes, with a butcher block top specifically designed for EV service. The lubrication equipment includes Samson reels and pumps.

Additionally, we've installed 20,000lbs Rotary 2-post lifts, 10,000lbs lifts, and a Champion 10hp Advantage Series air compressor. Proud of our team's hard work and dedication to quality installations!

Here are some wide-ranging products our team has recently installed:
• A Eurovac central vacuum system for a rental car facility, situated around their fuel island. This installation also includes airlines with Samson air reels.
• Fluidall stackable tanks for a quick l**e facility. These tanks enable floor space optimization while maximizing bulk product storage.
• A Quincy 2000 CFM air dryer with 90mm aluminum air piping to connect to the existing airlines and air compressors.
• Rotary 20,000 lbs 2-post lifts.
• The installation of a Champion 10 HP vertical air compressor and dryer with a dryer bypass system.
• 330-gallon vertical used oil tanks with a Samson used oil pump. These tanks are interconnected to provide additional storage capacity.
• One of our installation trucks, fully loaded and ready for the day.
