63-14. Complete domination from the opening whistle! 🏈

The Midway Panthers took care of business on the road against Copperas Cove in a game that was never close. A lot of guys showed out, but not everyone wins a ribbon! As proud sponsors of the Coach’s Show, Bird-Kultgen Ford is thrilled to announce this week’s Midway Panthers Players of the Week:

🏆 Offense: Cort Strickland (Sr., QB) — Sharp from snap one, going 17/22 for 224 yds, 2 TDs, plus 41 rush yds and a score.
🏆 Defense: Gavyn Reeves (Sr., LB) — Commanded the field with 12 tackles (8 solo), 1 QBP, and an INT return, limiting Cove to just one offensive TD.
🏆 Special Teams: Clark Svoboda (Jr., DB) — Pounced on a bad snap in the end zone for a back-breaking TD to make it 14-0 early.

Enjoy the bye week off from carpools and travel, Panther families! Rest up, and let’s pack the home stands THURSDAY, Nov. 4th vs. Harker Heights to bring home the outright District Championship! 🐾

Big congratulations to Drae Powell on his promotion to Finance & Insurance Manager at Bird Kultgen Ford! 👏

We’re proud to see Drae take this next step in his career and look forward to seeing him grow in his new role.

Before stepping into this position, Drae had a pretty incredible month on the sales floor, setting a new BK Ford record by selling 36 vehicles in one month! To mark the milestone, we took him to for a new hat.

Help us congratulate Drae on his promotion and celebrate this exciting next chapter with the BK Ford team! 🎉

9 Decades of History: From Fixer Upper fame to Baylor pride, the 2010s were a big deal for Waco. 🐻💚

Our city grew. Our community thrived. And BK Ford kept pace — with a dealership remodel, the opening of Quick Lane, and a new chapter of leadership as Mark Stewart became GM.

We said goodbye to Ed and Bert as they retired, and welcomed Claire Kultgen to the team, continuing the family legacy that started it all.

And of course, the F-150 never missed a beat — still America's best-selling truck, still the one our customers count on.

Here's to a decade that shaped us... and an even brighter future. 🔑
