Fresh out of the fiberglass department! 🚤

Top-to-bottom restoration on this classic ~1979 Howard V Drive. If you’ve followed us for a while, you might recognize that burgundy, it’s a perfect match to the Hallett Vector outboard we built for the same owner a few years back!

Here is a breakdown of what we have done so far to bring this beauty back to life🏁

🛠️ Added a brand-new transom to support the cavitation plates and swim steps.

🛠️ Replaced the front bulkheads and rear quarter bulkheads, then sprayed out the bilge and transom area to match.

🛠️ Flipped her over, filled every unused hole, fixed every single crack, and blocked it perfectly straight.

🛠️ Finished with fresh gel coat

We have a a tool that lets us test your engine under load right here in the shop. Instead of trailering the boat to the water, we can diagnose issues like low fuel volume and low fuel pressure in a controlled environment.
With adapters for different prop shaft sizes and engines ranging from roughly 150–600 HP, this means faster, more accurate diagnostics and less time guessing.

Stoked on this one🔥 Huge thank you to our customer who hauled their 2011 Stoker over from Yuma to get dialed in by us.

We’re pulling the motor to correct the jack plate hardware, reinforcing the splash well with backing plates, and swapping out for billet stringer washers to ensure everything is rock solid. While we’re at it, we're knocking out a full system service and installing Mercury Boost to unlock a little more performance.

Skater? Nope, Extreme😎 Customer was looking for better handling on his '21 Extreme.
After the first test drive, we found the 10-inch offset bracket was creating handling and drivability issues. The fix? Moving the center of gravity forward with a 4-inch Bob’s Machine Shop jack plate to get the boat balanced and performing the way it should.

Another example of why proper setup matters when it comes to performance.
