🔧 AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN WANTED — VIRGINIA BEACH 🔧

CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS. AIR-CONDITIONED SHOPS. GREAT TEAM.

Over twenty years ago, we opened our first location with one simple mission: take care of people by taking care of their vehicles the right way.

Today, with three growing locations across Virginia Beach, we’re looking for an Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and wants to grow with a company that truly invests in its people.

At First Landing Auto Care, we’re more than just another repair shop. We’re a team of ASE-certified professionals who believe in integrity, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no guessing, and no cutting corners.

🔧 Why Technicians Love Working Here:

✅ No Weekends — Enjoy a true work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule. Your weekends belong to you and your family.

❄️ Air-Conditioned Shops — Stay comfortable year-round while you work in clean, modern facilities.

🛠️ Top-Tier Equipment & Technology — We provide high-quality diagnostic tools, scan tools, and modern equipment to help you perform at your best.

💙 Strong Team Culture — We believe work should be enjoyable. From Gourmet Lunch Fridays to company events and a supportive environment, we’ve built a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of.

📈 Stability & Opportunity — Many of our employees have been with us for 5, 10, even 15+ years. We’re growing, and we want our team to grow with us.

🏥 Great Benefits — Health and dental insurance, AFLAC, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and extra time off at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

🎓 Professional Development — We believe in continuing education and investing in our technicians.

Virginia State Inspector license and a clean driving record are required.

If you’re an experienced technician looking for a shop where you can build a career, have a life outside of work, and be part of a team that takes pride in what they do, we’d love to talk.
