What I’m looking for is someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when they’re supposed to, treats customers and their vehicle's with respect.
🎯 Reliable transportation, dependable and shows up on time
🎯 Professional and comfortable talking with customers
🎯 Strong attention to detail
🎯 Able to follow procedures and complete the entire job—not rush through it but in a timely manner
🎯 Self-motivated and able to work independently
🎯 Takes care of company equipment and keeps shop clean
🎯 Willing to learn and take direction
🎯 Honest and accountable when mistakes happen
🎯 Comfortable working outdoors in cold and hot weather
🎯 Respect for customer vehicle's
🙌🏽 Auto detailing experience is a plus, but I’m willing to train the right person! Work ethic, reliability, attitude, and how you treat our customers are more important to me than simply having experience!
