🎉 Congratulations to Doug Thubbron, our Technician of the Month at MotorWorld Lexus! 👏

Doug’s positivity sets the tone for the entire shop floor, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team. He is an invaluable mentor, always willing to take the time to help our entry-level technicians develop efficient, reliable workflows. Beyond just sharing best practices, Doug is a trusted guide for our recent recruits when the tool truck rolls around. He can frequently be found helping them navigate their purchases, steering them toward the essential tools they need to succeed immediately while avoiding unnecessary expenses.

When it comes to the vehicles themselves, Doug is a phenomenal resource for all things electrical. He never shies away from a tough diagnostic challenge. Whether he is diving deep into complex wiring diagrams or tracing intricate electrical concerns, his expertise ensures our customers’ vehicles are fixed right the first time.
Doug’s blend of high-level technical skill and genuine dedication to his teammates makes him a cornerstone of our service operations. We would like to congratulate Doug on this well-deserved spotlight and wish him the absolute best at MotorWorld for many years to come.

👶 Meet the people behind MileOneCares. This week is National Child Passenger Safety Week, and we're highlighting Johann Torres, a Sales Associate at Heritage Honda Parkville, who shows up month after month to help make our Car Seat Community Program a success — volunteering his time, opening car seat boxes, and translating for our Spanish-speaking families who come to get car seats.

Johann is a great example of MileOneCares in action, and the heart behind everything we do to give back to the communities we serve. Thank you, Johann! 🙌
