Private Label Mfg. 8th gen corolla header has been a huge task. I received it in February 2026, had it replaced for fitment issues, recieved the replacement in March yet had to make some adjustments to the new one, had to mock up the stock catalytic converter to route properly. Mind you it's taking me this long as I am active duty to only able to get 3 hours max a week to work on it. I have installed A PLM header for the first gen CRV when they first came out and it was easy to install and welding a flex pipe to the cat. This Corolla has been labor some. Why because its the first batch, PLM didn't utilize the large amount of real estate to route the piping. All the 02 sensors have very little clearance from the body. I'll try to get a new part 2 You tube Video hopefully in a month about my thoughts if the PLM header actual fitment rather than the quality.
