Document Recovery
The large amounts of moisture and water that are released during freeze drying and the recovery of wet documents is collected in the vacuum pump oil. The use of cold traps and filters does not stop all the moisture from collecting in the oil. The moisture condenses in the vacuum pump oil. This will dilute the oil reduce sealing properties and raising the pressure in the pump and chamber. CVP vacuum pump oils are engineered to separate water and moisture from the oil, reduce sludge formation, extending oil life, reducing down time and costly pump repairs.
