K-frame failure

Coffee & Contemplation- Any input/advice appreciated. Got a $1000+ TIG, for free, with lots of capability for aluminum. Would a damaged relay on the HF (high frequency) circuit cause other problems?

I found a poor soldering "repair" and the side of the relay melted; after removing it, I noticed a tracing on the top of the PCB (under the relay) was scraped off when they did this.
There was also a broken wire at the solder joint for a thermal sensor on the heat sink for the Mosfets...

This is not a "business" page- at least not yet- Basically a portfolio for projects and work history/ experience. The focus of the the feed, however, is more for solutions, repair, etc outside of the "norm", things that couldn't, shouldn't, wouldn't necessarily be an intuitive concept-but works- to be shared , discussed, critiqued, etc...The idea of backflipping a dirt bike was insane, impossible even. Until the first man did.
