Many of you have called myself or Johnny and for that we are thankful! We are more than happy to fix your hail damage.
Everyone that calls wants to be first getting hail damage repaired. Let me share with you the fastest way to get your car repaired.

Call your insurance company before you call us, they need to know we will be sending an estimate to them. Bring your open claim/case number with you.
We can not fix your car until your insurance says they will pay for it. All insurance companies are NOT equal.

Having a local agent gets your car in our shop and fixed very quickly. This is because we have most likely worked with your agent before with other customers.
A local agent will also fight to get your car fixed correctly and quick. It might cost a little more local agent is worth it.

We can not write damage estimates on dirty cars or fix dirty cars. Please wash cars before bringing to the body shop.
Your car also needs to be dry to write an estimate correctly (we do not want to write supplements) so if it’s raining please wait until a dry day.

Doing these things helps me get through your claim approval quicker.

Remember we want to repair your car but if you decided to have cut rate insurance, we don’t have extended time to fight your insurance company over the phone.

With all of this being said, we have damaged all over and around the body shop. We will start writing estimates after 4th of July.

We are thankful the county is working on our driveway that being said we are still open. You just need to use the gravel driveway before the house and you will see a cut across to our property. Sorry for this inconvenience.
