Many of you may or may not know that we are being bought out by NCDOT. It was supposed to have been done a couple years ago but a delay in the DOT plan put the land acquisitions off until this summer of 26 we were told. Now here is where it starts hurting a business owner. There are a few things that need to be done and updated at the car wash and they could make the consumers experience a better one for sure. But if we go spend $5000.00 on the upgrades and they decide in a month to buy us out they will not pay the business owners back for what we spend. If we just had a little bit of information it would help. Our customers deserve the best wash experience we can provide for sure and we thank them for the years they have supported us. Bay #3 will not reopen today. Soneone didn’t pay attention to the cones that were up and tried washing his truck and has done damage to an expensive pump. If you see a cone up and just drive over it and start a pump and it does damage you are liable for damages. That will be a high dollar truck wash.
