$12,000 This spacious 3-bedroom home has a nice kitchen and an open living room with several windows and nice natural light. You will enjoy coming home and relaxing. This home comes with a stove and fridge. This home also has a shed and a set of raised flower beds. Due to past owners' pets, one of the bedrooms will need the carpet replaced, though it has been steam cleaned professionally twice. Also, the bathroom does need some work. This home is located in our peaceful wooded community with 2 ponds and plenty of woods to walk around in. This is a nice fixer-upper for a very low price
