🌞🚗 WHAT A WONDERFUL MORNING AT PAUL THIGPEN CHEVROLET! 🚗🌞

We had the pleasure of welcoming the seniors from Tattnall County High School to our Chevrolet dealership this morning, and what a GREAT time we had! 🙌🎉

The students got to explore all different areas of our dealership, from Service and Parts to BDC and Sales, learning a little about what makes each department so special and what it takes to keep everything running smoothly! 🚘🔧💼

Our team loved having them here, sharing what we do every day, and making memories along the way! And of course, we topped off this awesome morning with FREE goodies and snacks! 🍿🍬😋

A BIG thank-you to Tattnall County High School seniors for spending the morning with us! We love connecting with our local students, encouraging them to explore new opportunities, and showing them the many possibilities right here in our community! ❤️💙

From all of us at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet, thank you for making our morning so special! 🎉👏

🐍 SUNDAY SCRIPTURE | COLOSSIANS 3:5–8

If a poisonous snake were loose in your house, you wouldn’t just step around it. You wouldn’t tell yourself, “It probably won’t bite.”

You’d get it out.

Why? Because you love the people under that roof too much to leave something dangerous living among them.

But what about the things we allow to live inside of us?

Anger we keep feeding.
Bitterness we refuse to release.
Words that tear others down.
Habits we know are pulling us away from God.
Things we excuse because we’ve learned how to live around them.

Sometimes we become so comfortable with what is hurting us that we forget it may be hurting the people we love, too.

Paul doesn’t soften his words in Colossians 3:5–8. He tells us to put to death what belongs to our old sinful nature and to rid ourselves of anger, rage, malice, slander and filthy language.

That’s strong language because some things aren’t meant to be managed, tolerated or stepped around.

They need to go.

Maybe today is a good day to ask God:

“Lord, show me what I’ve allowed to stay in my heart that You’ve been asking me to remove.”

Protecting your home isn’t only about what you keep outside the door. Sometimes it’s about what you’re willing to remove from inside your own heart. ❤️

“But now is the time to get rid of anger, rage, malicious behavior, slander, and dirty language.” — Colossians 3:8
