It still doesn’t feel real saying this, today I get to step onto the field one more time—my last game as a Senior. Football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the days of playing as a kid, to Friday nights under the lights, to grinding through college seasons… this game has shaped me in every way.
I’ve poured everything into this sport—early mornings, long practices, wins that felt like magic, losses that taught me more than I wanted to learn, and teammates who became family. I wouldn’t trade a single moment.
As I take the field for the final time, I’m stepping out there with gratitude.
Grateful for my coaches who pushed me.
Grateful for my teammates who fought beside me.
Grateful for my family who believed in me every step of the way.
Grateful to God for giving me the heart and strength to keep going.
No matter what happens in this last game, I’m walking off that field proud—of the work, the growth, and the man this sport has helped me become.
