We are seeking a PART-TIME Customer Service Assistant to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping customers both in person and by telephone.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, assist in gathering information and provide accurate price quotes
- Assist in scheduling service appointments for our customers
- General Office duties - filing, typing, creating invoices, collecting payments, tracking data, verifying insurance coverages, office cleaning, purchasing supplies, etc.
- Draft and exchange email communication with customers
- Occasionally drive company vehicles to pick up/deliver parts or run errands
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reliability - we need to know you will be here every day, on time
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of automobiles and/or willing to learn this field
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for commuting to and from work
Hours:
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- Typically 8:00am - 1:00pm, Monday - Friday
- Additional hours may be required during the summer months or to help cover for occasional vacations
- We do not currently offer remote working opportunities
