Retirement Announcement: A Heartfelt Thank You to Lenore Harp 💖

After 18 wonderful years with our company, Lenore Harp is retiring from our Collision Center❗️

Since the day we took ownership, Lenore has been so much more than a teammate — she has been the protective mother we all needed. With her warm smile and caring heart, she looked after our customers like they were her own family, and she guided, encouraged, and protected our new and seasoned team members with the same love and wisdom.

She was the very first friendly face everyone saw when they walked through our doors each day — a constant source of comfort, positivity, and calm in the middle of a busy collision center. Lenore prayed over our teams and our buildings, and we all truly felt safer, stronger, and better whenever she was around.

Lenore, you have left an indelible mark on every person who’s had the privilege of working with you and every customer you’ve helped. You will be deeply missed every single day.
