here are my nerf bars done, the 3/4" conduit makes for a perfect fit for 12 gauge shotgun shells, why? why not? looks cool i think, dont worry, these are spent rounds, no chance of them going off later.
note i also did the rear turn signals in red also

for some reason i cant add more pics to that last post, let me try again,,,, so now got all the pic, so,,,, this is a customers engine, he is running a stroker crank so engine is wider than stock, i have modified all the tin for the wider engine, also he sent his intake manifolds and J pipes, i modified the cylinder tins for this much thicker intakes and modified the heater box sleds to clear his J pipes, also did a custom full flow oil return line cover on the small pully tin, now i will give it a quick onceover, then start powdercoating, this engine will be "black chrome" with a "transparent red" alt/gen backing plate. should look awesome!

i thought you might want to see this job, only 1/2 done, i got it all blasted and test fit, this customer has a wider than normal engine (running a stroker crankshaft) also had some really thick intake manifolds and really large exhaust pipes, he sent me the parts and i matched up the tin. i have a mock up engine, i install spacers to make my mock engine the same width as his actual engine. his engine is 1/2" wider than stock.
