Its hard not to take a vehicle that returns after repairs personally but then you realize some circumstances are beyond your control. Its still frustrating and embarrassing and hard to explain

Talking about a bad day! This car is brand new and only has 1000 miles on it and this happens to the tire. That would put anyone in a depressive state

The rule Lee broke was letting a customer bring his own part and it did cost us time due to the part being bad. Then we had to wait another week to get another part. We felt he was very patience with us about the time we have invested in the car. He discovered it was a hard part to locate but in the end it was repaired and all is good and he was happy.

Every car that has had a wheel off automatically gets a test drive to assure there are no more issues and to confirm the repair has properly been done.
