Currently seeking to fill a newly created position of customer service representative. This is an inside position and will be responsible for communication with our clients and customers upon vehicle drop off to verify work needing to be completed, proactive updates during the repair process, providing estimates as needed and gather approvals for repairs. This position will also assist with dispatching tow opportunities as required and assist towing customers with vehicle pickup from the storage lot(s) as required.
