Sharing What's New at Hickman's Service 🚗🔧

Since 2012, Hickman’s Service has been proud to serve our community from our South Hobart Road location. What started as a new chapter after the closing of the Lake George Marathon station became something truly special thanks to Dwayne and Dara Hickman. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to doing things the right way, they built a trusted, respected shop that so many have come to rely on.

Today, we’re excited to share that in April 2026, Dwayne and Dara officially passed the torch to new owners Chris Topping and Clint Woodworth.

Chris got his start in the automotive industry at just 16 years old, working alongside the Hickman family and learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and building genuine relationships. Clint discovered his passion in high school, went on to become an ASE Master Certified technician, and successfully ran his own shop before joining Hickman’s Service.

Chris and Clint have worked side by side for years, building not just their skills, but a strong partnership rooted in trust, precision, and pride in their work. With over 50 years of combined experience, they’re committed to carrying on the Hickman legacy—delivering the same honest, high-quality service you’ve always known, while continuing to grow for the future.

Most importantly, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Dwayne and Dara for everything they’ve built. Their impact on this business and this community will always be a part of Hickman’s Service.
