Couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I was over 1,000 miles from home when I had tire problems on my Gold Wing around 7 PM. There were plenty of shops to choose from, but everything was closed at that hour, so I was going to have to drop my bike off without knowing what to expect.

The next morning, all it took was a few calls with Sue, and she had everything taken care of. The communication, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. They got me back on the road quickly and made a stressful situation much easier than I expected.

I would give 6 stars if I could. If I lived locally, MototireUSA would be my first choice for any service I needed. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!

Steve and Sue are absolutely amazing! I punctured my motorcycle tire driving Route 66 through Missouri and completely disintegrated the rubber inside, and one of their mechanics Brandon found me when I pulled off into the Moto Mart in Eureka and connected me with them. Sue and Steve took the time on a Sunday to haul my bike into the shop and get me fixed up that day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat…they turned a bad roadside experience into a chance to meet one of the friendliest, nicest couples I’ve ever interacted with in my life
