Lugnuts Garage is pleased to share details of our recent electrical system restoration on a 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle.
This project involved the installation of the American Autowire Classic Update Kit, which provided a modern ATC fuse panel, pre-built harnesses with labeled GXL wiring, and enhanced charging components. We also integrated Dakota Digital RTX Instruments and the GSS-3000 gear shift sending unit to deliver reliable performance, improved safety, and compatibility with contemporary accessories while maintaining the vehicle’s original character.
