Part-Time Front Desk Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and friendly part-time front desk assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

*Scheduling customer appointments
*Answering phones and assisting customers
*Creating and managing repair orders/tickets

Qualifications:

*Strong communication and organizational skills
*Customer service experience preferred
*Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person

Monday-Wednesday 8-5 normal business hours. Thursday December 24th, closing at noon. Closed Christmas Day. Open back up Monday with normal business hours until Friday we will be closed the first day of 2021. Happy holidays to all!!!

Anyone coming to Urbana from the south, exit 43 is closed with NO warning. Better to exit at the first Urbana exit, or take the 22 minute detour to the Brandon exit.
