OK, so I just wanna clear the air with some people and yes this is my business. I 100% standby everything that I build or work on I cannot stand by something that when other people install their own things don’t check the air filter. Don’t check their intake. Boots don’t change the oil. This all goes back to a machine that came into the shop down south I don’t bash people. I’m not going to because that’s wrong. I’m not even gonna mention any names but you cannot warranty a machine that’s been sold twice and then they say that it only has seven hours on it which there’s no way there’s no possible way also my engines are all marked every one of them has a signature on it and is also engraved inside the engine. These are why us Engine builders have to do these things because people will try to get over on you and yes, nobody is perfect. Have I had any problems? Sure, I have . but I always stand by everything I do and yes if we sell machines and they come from Copart or Insurance auto auction we tell our customers hey this thing has been repaired. We don’t just sell it and say oh it’s got no title bill of sale only we show the customers pictures before and after we do everything we can to make sure that everything is safe I’ve been in this business literally since 2008 and there’s a reason why and yes, some people might leave a bad comment. A bad review. A lot of people just leave good reviews but that’s part of business. You always get a bad egg in a batch and people when you buy used machines all you gotta do is look up the VIN number and it will show where it came from and a lot of times. A lot of machines come from Copart or Insurance auto auction it does not hurt to be honest.

OK, so there’s a machine that came into our shop in Georgia and my guy Dave down there, looked it over and this guy brought this thing in stating that it was one of my engines and that the guy who installed it which I know who he is, but it’s not one of my engines told him that it was one of my engines, and that it would be covered under warranty. I spoke to the customer and then he pulled the dipstick and it was the blackest oil ever and then it looks like it’s been sitting forever. It’s got like green sludge on the engine so on and so forth and I told Dave I said you know what my engines are wiped the valve cover off look and see if you see my signature or the guy‘s name that I sell engine engines to or did sell engines too and by God there was nothing and then Dave looked over at some more and more and more he opened the air box up and the air filter was so black and dirty. Oh, and there was dog food in there what I’m trying to get at is that people can really really be shady I’m not shady. I’m a very honest person when it comes to everything that I do and this is why I mark every one of my engines, and I also engrave them on the inside because people try to pull this stuff good luck. and I explained to the customer that if it is one of my engines, I standby everything we do but we do not cover mud or water damage or installation problems so my guy Dave sent me a video of this thing oh before I go any further the guy says that it has seven hours on it. OK so my guy Dave takes a video and send it to me and then calls me on FaceTime and shows me that the intake manifold are cracked in half so with that said even if it was one of my engines which it’s not, I wouldn’t warranty something like that you don’t put broken manifold, especially intake manifold, and the air filter would’ve been brand new in it, and the oil wouldn’t what to be the color of the ace of spades, especially with seven hours on it. It’s amazing what people think they can get over on. It absolutely amazes me if the guy was just honest about everything. I would’ve probably helped them out a little bit, but is what it is.
