We have been staying busy on all kinds of projects at the shop, but these Land Rover axles have been coming together this week! We stripped 3 sets to build for 3 different trucks, sent them to powder coat, and have been working on assembly this week!

This set was wrapped up for the new galvanized chassis going under a Defender 90 NAS, and we were able to get the rolling chassis assembled.

So awesome to see the car all black! Going through all the components we replaced on the car, and also a sneak peak of that sweet Gen4X coyote motor!

After the shell got its first coat of epoxy primer last week, we got right to work assembling it as a rolling chassis with the suspension and axle. Then we dropped in our new Ford Performance Gen 4X Coyote crate engine and Tremec TKX from Silver Sport Transmissions! Playing with a few different header options, and engineering a custom transmission mount up next ✔️

All hands on deck!! The team knocked it out of the park last week and spent all day Friday getting the car down to bare metal, sanded and prepped for epoxy primer! To see the metal work phase of the project come to an end and get dressed in black primer was an awesome way to end the week. This week we’re doing the fun stuff!
