Honesty matters. Quality matters.

This customer came to us for an estimate after receiving one elsewhere. After a thorough inspection, we provided an honest assessment based on the actual damage. He informed us that a previous shop had quoted him double for the repairs that we quoted him for. He chose Shadow Hail & Dent Repair for the repairs and was very pleased with the results.

Thank you for trusting Shadow Hail & Dent Repair with your vehicle!

Erin has been part of the Back Alley team for over 3½ years and she has picked up a side hustle! (Okay… we’ll admit it, we’re probably the side hustle. 😆)
Her family’s dent and hail repair business Shadow Hail And Dent Repair has purchased some $150 Back Alley Bakery & Café gift cards and handing them to every customer with qualifying repairs! Wahooooo!!! 🎉
We think that’s a pretty sweet deal. Ask them for the details!
