We want to take a moment to update everyone on a few important policy changes moving forward.
Due to recent circumstances, we will no longer be accepting full project payments upfront or offering the 10% discount for paying in full. These changes are being made to help keep projects organized, manageable, and on budget for both our customers and our shop.
Going forward, all projects will be invoiced separately for labor and materials:
• Materials invoices must be paid before a project begins so we can order the correct supplies and properly schedule your build.
• Labor invoices will be handled separately throughout the project process.
For shipped products, all shipping costs must be paid before items are shipped. Shipping quotes will only be provided once items are boxed, measured, and weighed to ensure the most accurate pricing possible. We do not offer free shipping.
Please also understand that all project timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Every project we build is custom work, and materials are ordered specifically for each individual job. Due to limited storage space, we are unable to stock large amounts of inventory.
If these policies do not work for your needs, we completely understand and may not be the right upholstery or custom fabrication shop for you.
