Commercial Branch Manager at Snider Fleet Solutions!

Ready to lead a team, grow a branch, and build lasting customer relationships? We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader to oversee operations in the greater Charlotte, NC area.

In this role, you’ll:�• Manage branch operations and drive profitable growth�• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team�• Partner with sales to build and execute a local sales plan

What we're looking for:�• 5+ years of leadership experience managing a commercial tire sales and service location or heavy-duty truck repair business�• 2+ years of full P&L responsibility
