HIRING: Experienced Auto Body Technician
Position: Fiberglass tech

Chattanooga Fiberglass is looking for an experienced auto body technician.

Experience with bodywork, sanding, filler, paint prep, and refinishing is preferred. Fiberglass or boat repair experience is a plus, but not required.

We will train the right person to:

* Grind and prepare damaged fiberglass
* Laminate fiberglass repairs
* Mix and apply chemicals such as gelcoat and resins
* Perform fiberglass cosmetic & structural repairs

English is required for training and workplace safety purposes.

📍 Chattanooga, TN
💰 Yearly salary: $45,000–$85,000+ based on experience

NOW HIRING – Fiberglass Technician

📍 Rossville, GA

We’re looking for someone with auto body/collision repair experience who wants to learn a specialized trade. If you’ve worked in a body shop and know how to prep, sand, and make repairs, we’d like to talk.

Starting pay: $48,000-$65,000/year+
• Day or night shift available
• Must be 21 or older

You’ll be working on boats doing things like:

* Fiberglass repairs (we’ll train you on all)
* Grinding and prep work
* Buffing & polishing
* Ceramic coatings
* Gelcoat tinting and color matching

We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work.
