💗 At Green Valley Market, We’re More Than Coworkers — We’re Family. 💗
Life can be hard. Sometimes, it brings challenges that no family should ever have to face alone. During those difficult times, the love, kindness, and support of a community can make all the difference. ❤️
At Green Valley Market, people may walk through our doors as employees, but they become so much more than that. They become friends, familiar faces, and family. We are incredibly grateful for every person who has been a part of our team, both past and present. When one of our own is hurting, we want them to know they are not alone.
In June, a young man named Issac joined our team as a stock employee. In the time he has been with us, he has been such a pleasure to work with, and we are grateful to have had him as part of our Green Valley family.
Recently, Issac received heartbreaking news that his mother has been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized. As his family begins facing this incredibly difficult journey, Issac has made the selfless and difficult decision to resign from his position so he can be there for his mother and family during this time.
While we are sad to see him leave our team, we understand that family comes first. Our hearts are with Issac and his loved ones as they navigate the days ahead. 💕
A dear family friend has lovingly created the cutest little clay figurine kits to help raise money for Issac and his family. Each kit includes 3–5 clay figures, paint, a paintbrush, and an apron. There are so many fun options to choose from, including holiday figures, dinosaurs, princesses, and many other adorable designs!
🎨 Every dollar raised from the clay kits will go directly to Issac and his family to help support them during this challenging time.
For those who would also like to contribute, we will have a donation bucket available at Green Valley Market. To show our support, Green Valley Market will match every dollar donated, dollar for dollar. ❤️
Sometimes, we cannot take away the pain someone is experiencing, but we can remind them that they do not have to carry it alone. We can show up, lend a helping hand, offer a lit
