As Quality Month comes to a close, we're spotlighting the people behind Toyota's commitment to quality. ✨

Meet Enya H., a Product Engineer on Toyota's CQS Powertrain team. Since joining Toyota after earning her electrical engineering degree from UT Dallas, Enya has built experience across multiple areas of Quality, from supporting over-the-air (OTA) updates and Digital Key technology to investigating vehicle concerns and identifying solutions for customers.

One of Enya's proudest achievements has been gaining experience across both sides of Quality, broadening her understanding of everything from pre-production and manufacturing to field fixes and issue resolution. Her ability to identify gaps, uncover opportunities for improvement, and keep the customer at the center of every decision helps drive continuous improvement across the organization.

"I feel like I am making an actual impact!" says Enya, reflecting on her role in upholding Toyota's reputation for quality.

For Sean, T-TEN was more than a training program. It was the start of a journey that took him from the classroom to the service bay, the teaching lab, and eventually to Toyota.

Celebrating Quality Month at Toyota! ✨

Meet Valerie W., a team member whose six-year journey in Toyota's Quality group reflects the power of growth, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

After gaining experience through summer roles in the Quality Lab and Quality Control Management, Valerie found her passion in Material Quality Chemicals, where she helps ensure the quality of materials ranging from paint and leather to fabrics, resins, oils, and fluids.

Inspired in part by her mother's career as a Quality Engineer, Valerie has embraced opportunities to learn, collaborate, and challenge the status quo. One of her proudest accomplishments has been growing from a mentee into a mentor, helping support the next generation of team members. Her work is a reminder that quality is built through attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things right.

This Quality Month, we're proud to celebrate Valerie and all the team members who bring Toyota's commitment to quality to life every day.
