So after repairing the harness that runs across the cowl I desided to remove the carbuator so I could rebuild it. Come to find out the entire harness and some sensors need to be replaced. I've got most of the harness out but I'm having a hard time seeing what I am doing because of the fire extinguisher mess all over. Tried water in a bucket but didn't work well. Then I thought chain. So my buddy is towing me to the car wash tonight clean the motor and tow me back. I know this story is more for rednecks but everyone should be able to repair their truck in a Walmart parking lot. Get er done!!

As many of you know I was closing up shop and moving to Florida to be closer to family. A set of circumstances financially kept me in California.
As soon as that happened we had an engine fire in the service truck. I am going to post daily and possibly go live at times to show the difficulties I'm facing and how they are solved. Not so interested yet? Did I mention that I will be repairing the fire damage in a Walmart parking lot while living in the back. So keep an eye out for my daily posts.

New Star Commercial Driving School, although they are a return customer of our Mobile Service, they are our first customer in our new Hayward facility. New Star came to us on New Years Day. Clutch pedal was to the floor and we were told and the tractor trailer was blocking traffic. Our 24/7 emergency roadside assistance was dispatched. The technician was able to get the tractor trailer out of traffic and to the shop without a costly tow bill. Repair are underway and the truck will be back in service in less than 24 hours.
