Sheet Metal Restoration Technician – Full Time

Job Description: We are looking for a Full-Time Metal Fabricator who can also perform a wide range of auto repair and restoration tasks on classic British cars, including general maintenance and routine services.

Job Requirements:
• Metal fabrication, rust repairs, and panel replacement
• Methodically disassemble, label, photograph and store vehicle parts and assemblies
• Reassemble vehicles to achieve top quality
• Ability to spray primers and single stage paints a plus

Skills:
The candidate must be able to demonstrate experience working on classic British cars to a professional standard. The candidate must possess a strong ability of the following:

• Proficient in MIG welding sheet metal
• Proficient in layout / template making
• Proficient in metal finishing
• Understanding of TIG welding
• Basic understanding of all aspects of automobile restoration

• Self-starter
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn new skills
• Organized
• Punctual
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• A personal tool set is desirable
