Whether you're setting up a yard sale, a bake sale, or both, it's a perfect opportunity to find great deals and raise money for your special projects and causes. Come be a part of this massive community event on Saturday October 10th, Downtown Unadilla @ 8am. Unadilla Fire Rescue will have a fire prevention booth with information for this year's theme "Charge into Fire Safety."

This incredible outdoor space showcases a vibrant green lawn, well maintained driveway and Crape Myrtle trees that frames the property perfectly! On Tuesday, July 28th, the city of Unadilla will collaborate with GA Rural Water to conduct smoke testing of its sanitary sewer system on the east side of town beginning at 10am.
A SMOKE TEST is a common tool used to evaluate sewer collection systems by identifying breaks and defects. While the work crew is conducting the test, you may notice or observe smoke coming from the vent stacks on houses or holes in the ground. The smoke you see exiting these areas is non-toxic, non-staining, has no odor, white to gray in color and CREATES NO FIRE HAZARD.
The smoke should not enter your residence or business unless you have defective plumbing or dried up drainpipes. If you observe smoke entering your home or business, you should use caution and contact Public Works. 💨🏡💨

The City of Unadilla would like to thank Unadilla First Baptist Church, Camp Creek Baptist Church, the Dooly County Chamber of Commerce, Dooly County School System, The Clark Family, Antonio Taylor, The House of Raeford and all of those who contributed their time and donations to help make the Back-to-School Bash a success! The Unadilla Splash Pad is officially open and what a way to kick it off! We wish all of the baby Bobcats, Trojans and home-school babies a successful school year! Thank you Mayor Mixon and the entire city Council for all you do in our little town!

Join us this Saturday for a splashing good time! Free school supply giveaways, wet bounce houses and the opening of the Unadilla Splash Pad. The first 50 kids to arrive at the Kona Ice truck will receive a free Klassic Kup courtesy of Mayor and Council. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. We are so excited to celebrate our Bobcats and Trojans as they return to school!

Don't miss the Grand Opening Celebration of JP Truckstop on Tuesday, July 14, 2026! The ribbon-cutting ceremony starts at 10:00 AM, and the fun continues until 3:00 PM with food, prizes, and giveaways.
