The owner of this Yamaha FZ-07 reached out asking for help removing a broken exhaust stud on his motorcycle. We picked the bike up, brought it back to the shop and got to work. We first made a drill fixture to drill out the bolt perfectly straight, we then added a helicoil due to the existing threads being mangled. We recently had a Polaris General in the shop for a routine service. When dropped off the owner stated that the gas strut for the bed broke and he would like a replacement. This Harley-Davidson Road King came through the shop for a bad wheel bearing. After further inspection it had 11 broken spokes on one side of the hub. This 2023 Harley Davidson Road Glide was in the shop recently for a serious audio upgrade. It recieved a Rockford Fosgate stage 2 sound system, which includes a new amp, fairing speakers, and bag lid speakers which required cutting the lids to be installed. You can now hear this bike loud and clear no matter what speed your at. We also flashed the radio to accept the new audio upgrades, which we were able to do in house with our new digital technician. We were asked if we could repair the mangled threads on the end of this $1500 driveshaft to keep it in service and save the cusomer money. The foot pegs fell off these Harley-Davidson passenger peg mounts rendering them useless. The customer gave us a new set of foot Pegs and asked if we could make them fit the old mounts. We machined a new mounting system in a timely manner at a affordable rate, and the passenger peg mounts are now able to be used again.
