Haven’t done one of these in a while. Ford windstar, no transmission engagement.
Input shaft sheared, and unable to drive the fluid pump.

Ford 6.0 internal oil leak, dummy plug o-ring failure.
You can see the D- shaped o-ring has eroded and will not contain the high pressure oil in the injector manifold. Some present with hard start or a no start. Sometimes only when cold others only when hot. Often they will cause the IPR to maintain a high duty cycle and over time kill the regulator.

Back in the day the Ford 6.0 had lots of issues, I prided myself in mastering those issues and recognizing the symptoms. Today there is a whole new category of issues. CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFF PARTS!

New out of the box these parts have a failure rate over 60%. That’s no joke, may even be a rather kind statement.

Exhausting to say the least.
Cheap isn’t often value.
