Why don’t reputable shops stock every part over the counter like they used to and are very careful where they order parts from? Covid-era disruptions and the need for genuine, tested parts mean we verify every component before it touches your vehicle. We manage these challenges daily so you don’t have to worry about wrong or subpar parts. If we have challenges getting the right parts and quality parts, and we deal with this every day, what issues do you think you’d have supplying the right parts? How could we provide you with a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty?
Your safety stays our priority. We install OEM-specified or better parts, and sometimes even that is a task all in itself.

This repair is underway, but we’re waiting on a part that was
manufactured incorrectly. The space between the stud and the low-side line is insufficient.
This means unexpected customer downtime and shop downtime, and we’ll need to inform the
customer and explain why. It doesn’t happen daily, but it does occur regularly.

Friendly Lesson of the Day: Warming Your Car in Cold Weather

Remember to give your vehicle an extra warm-up on cold days and aim for it to reach its full operating temperature. Have you ever noticed water dripping from the tailpipe? That’s usually condensation from water v***r, and is normal. Excessive smoke or unusually large amounts of water aren’t the same thing, don’t confuse the two.
A simple, everyday fix: let the engine reach full operating temperature so the exhaust heats up and dries the inside of the system. This helps extend the life of your exhaust components. You’ll also benefit from a better charged battery, smoother engine performance, and longer-lasting rubber O-rings and seals thru-out the engine.

Ms. Taylor has been a cherished customer for over a decade (13 years!). Since we opened, she’s been stopping by year after year, always bringing so much joy, laughter, and good vibes.
