**Overview: The Parts & Service Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the SR1 Trailers parts department and service shop. This role ensures that customers receive fast, accurate, and professional service while keeping technicians supported, parts flowing, and the shop running efficiently. The Parts & Service Manager drives communication between sales, service, and customers to create a seamless experience from drop-off to pick-up.
