Small older mobile home, recently renovated for rent located in Tumbling Shoals outside Heber Springs. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/living room/ dining room combo and there is a laundry room with washer and dryer connections. Also has a covered deck on front. It has 2 window units and comes with propane stove and refrigerator. There is a propane boiler style heater. Water is provided and there is a dumpster on-site. Electric is through First Electric. There is a propane tank rented through Sun Gas and leasee will be required to make arrangements to have and keep filled. There is a small fenced in back yard with a fire pit. 1st months rent and last months rent ($450) due before move in. Must pass a background check. 870-883-0141

We require a 1 year lease and provide water, sewer and dumpster on-site. Electric boxes are on site and have their own meters paid to 1st Electric. These sites are for vacation RVers. Located in Tumbling Shoals on Old Hwy 25 one mile from the lake. To respect privacy of our other leasees we ask that you not come on our property without an appointment.
